Dear friends, 

This is finally going to be my first post after giving much thought to what to post as the first recipe. So well here you go!

Pindi CHana




Ingredients :
1 cup white chana
1 onion
1 tomato
3 green chillies
1 spoon garlic ginger paste
Table and rock salt as per taste 
1 spoon red chilly powder
1 spoon cumin powder
1 spoon cilantro 
1 spoon aamchur powder 
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chana masala
1 potato  
Oil 

Recipe. To start cooking
Take the chanas with salt, little bit of tea leaves to give colour, two tejpatas, and boil them in a cooker with minimalistic water.

Put the boiled chanas in a non stick pan and add all the dry ingredients above. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic ginger paste and also a little bit of rock salt to taste.

After that, heat a little koi land add it to the pan with chanas and mix it all well. Give it 15 minutes to cook with the lid of the pan.

And there goes your pindi chana ready to serve.


Tips for garnishing:

1. Cut potato in long pieces and fry it 
2. Garnish it with onion, tomato, cilantro, fried potato and green chilles.
